Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
We'll arrange a courier pickup, or you can drop off at our Banani store.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sale items and worn items cannot be returned. Exchanges for a different size are always free — just email us the details.
